Okra - 600 grams
Mango powder - 2 tablespoons
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Fennel - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Desi Ghee / Oil - 4 tbsp
Curd - 3 T-Cups
Red chilli whole - 3 pieces
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Ginger - Chopped.
How to make Dahi-Bhindi recipe:
Here I am going to prepare yummy tasty recipe Dahi- bhindi.
It is very popular recipe specially in north India.
First of all at take lady finger and get its top chopped. Now
make an incision with a sharp knife from the middle and take out the seed from
the inside of the lady finger. After this, mix all the spices mentioned above
in a pot with 1- 1 tsp (spoon).

Now fill this mixed spice in equal amount in the lady
finger. Heat the ghee / oil in the pan and fry the bhindi with spices in it.
Now take curd in a vessel and add ground red chilli, turmeric powder and salt
to taste and beat it. After this, add a little water and cook on medium heat.
Then put the fried ladyfinger in the curd mixed with turmeric, chilli and salt
and cook till the curd becomes thick. When the curd becomes thick, then take it
out in the vessel and decorate it with coriander leaves. In this way your
delicious curd-lady finger recipe will be ready.
